Nollywood actress, Lizzy Gold continues to lament over the adverse effects of her new workout journey.
The mother of two who recently announced her decision to start visiting the gym has been complaining over acute pain courtesy of the rigorous and tedious exercises.
However, Lizzy Gold whose mind appears to be made up, took to her Instagram page a few hours ago to notify fans that she’s off to the gym once again despite her current predicament.
Sharing a video of herself leaving the mansion, she wrote:
“Off to the gym before work ….My entire body aches but we move ….fitness is a must .. I need to shed some weight.”
