A recent video of famous singer, Adekunle Gold and a female dancer on stage has sparked a frenzy on social media, with netizens putting forward different opinions as regards what transpired.
In the clip, the crooner and the dancer took to the stage to entertain the crowd, and just as the young lady bent into a seemingly controversial position, Adekunle Gold stepped back and moved on to continue his performance.
AG Baby could be seen performing his hit track, ‘Sinner’ while the dancers entertained the crowd at the Tribe Ville Fest.
Many viewers interpreted Adekunle Gold’s action as a form of rejection or disapproval of the dancer’s move. However, the dancer didn’t appear fazed by the singer’s reaction, as she continued to dance energetically without attempting to move towards him again.
The caption accompanying the video suggested that Adekunle Gold’s refusal to dance with the lady was due to the presence of his wife, Simi, backstage.
