A Nigerian man identified as David Tochukwu Obi on Facebook recently shared his last conversation with Don Brymo Uchegbu, before the actor’s unfortunate passing.
Expressing his deep sorrow, Obi conveyed his sadness that Uchegbu had pledged to support him but was unable to fulfil that promise due to his untimely demise.
Obi’s heartfelt post reflected his difficulty in bidding farewell to Uchegbu as he painfully expressed his sincere wishes for the actor to rest in peace.
The abrupt loss of the actor left Obi in disbelief, questioning why such a tragedy had occurred and why they had to part ways so soon. He however bade Uchegbu good night.
In his words:
“You promised to be there for me sir, we never planned it to be for this short period of time sir. Why now? Why? Too hard to say goodbye Don Brymo. Rest in peace. Good night in the day sir. Go well.”
The lad’s post was however trailed by an outpouring of condolences from fans and colleagues who also expressed their grief over the loss of this talented actor.
Uchegbu was widely recognized for his remarkable acting skills and his unwavering dedication to his craft. His sudden death shocked and saddened many within the entertainment industry and beyond. Reports indicate that Uchegbu died in his sleep.
